This video shows Chiang Mai Mae Kuang Udom Thara Dam when it is more than 85% full of water. The road from the Dam Wall to the Suspension Bridge is submerged under water so the Irrigation Department have created a new route over the mountain to allow traffic to continue it’s route via the bridge.
