Charming Chiang Mai Flower Festival 2023 is an annual event held at Chaloem Phrakiat Park, from 16 December 2022 through until 2 January 2023. Just 10 minutes north of Chiang Mai City, its is Free to enter, has lots of parking, food and entertainment. The flower displays are worth seeing in daylight and also during the evening, attractively illuminated with a bonus of a water fountain display set to music on Green Lake adjacent to the park. The event opens between 10:00 and 22:00 and is well worth visiting.
