Chiang Rai Flower and Art Festival 2022 Tales of Butterfly is an annual event, held on the bank of the Kok River in Chiang Rai over the new year period. This is the 2nd time I have recorded the festival, a link to the previous visit can be found below. There are 2 flower festival sites in Chiang Rai at the same time, the other being in the city centre on the site of the old prison known as Tung and Khom Park.
