Watching Bouncing Balloons in Chiang Mai, struggling to land on their early morning flight over Doi Saket & San Sai, was an unexpected sight during my morning visit to Mae Kuang Dam to spread my flying wings after feeling withdrawal symptoms or cabin fever from not flying for while. In this video I also visit the Padaet Weir on the Ping River to take an early look at the collection point of Krathongs that gather at the sluice gates after being launched into the river upstream over the last few days.
