This video shows a walk around Ban Wiang Sunday Market, a rural market tucked out the back of beyond, about 40 minutes south of Chiang Mai City. Located in Nong Long, Lamphun, this market is huge and we can see a huge variety of stalls selling interesting plants, food, clothing and many other items. A fascinating market which starts at 7am every Sunday morning and includes livestock sales too. This market is not to be confused with the Buffalo Market at Sanpatong, a similar style of market, closer to Chiang Mai.
